Refund Policy

We want you to love your handcrafted bath and body products! Because our items are made in small batches and are personal care products, all sales are final and we cannot accept returns for reasons of hygiene and safety.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at skinlove@ashenaturals.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll be happy to send a replacement or issue a store credit.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in cases where:

• An order is damaged upon arrival.

• An incorrect item is received.

 

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 3–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the refund to your account.
