Each of our bath and body care products are handcrafted in small batches to ensure the highest quality. Because of this handmade process, please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipping.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Delivery times vary depending on your shipping address and carrier, but most orders arrive within 2–7 business days after they leave our studio.

Shipping insurance is available through Seel at checkout to ensure your peace of mine

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s journey.

Delays

Please note that shipping times may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or holiday volume. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee exact arrival dates once an order has been shipped.

Wrong Address / Returned Packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or returned due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
